Totally Reliable Service Guy is the character Kevin uses in the game called "Totally Reliable Delivery Service". He is never careful with packages and tends to break them. He is short, wears red glasses and looks like an old man (Similiar to poplar character Jim Pickens) in baby form. Kevin describes him as "an overgrown baby".
