George was named after a random victim of the cursed child First Name. After aging cursed First Name up to an elder, Kevin decided to move into the vault and leave George behind with First Name, remarking "you get the baby, I get the money".
George Cahill appeared for the second time as a toddler in "Sims 4 but I kidnap sims to lock in my vault". Jim kidnaped her from First Name, bringing her to the vault and locking her in a secured fence area.
She later appeared in "Sims 4 but I force sims into quarantine" as an active member of the household.
