Aleksey Pleasant is the son of Jim Pickens and Angela Pleasant. His only appearance was in "The Sims 4 but everyone is pregnant".

Aleksey Pleasant is the half-twin of Aaaaaaaaaaaaah Pickens. Jim didn’t really seem to care much about Aleksey, and like with many of his other children, forget he ever existed.
In the video, Jim didn't know where Aleksey was since he wasn't paying attention. After finding the baby, Jim, in a bear outfit, started talking to his girlfriend and woohoo-ed with her, while Aleksey cried nonstop.
